I did not notice that your speciality is photography; not drawing, until just now. Please accept my apologies. I still say this is lovely, and it could just as easily have been a painting. I have seen some beautiful, almost unbelieveable pieces of artwork done with pencils that one would swear were photographs, so why couldn't a photograph occasionally look like a painting or drawing? Anyway, Egyptian Mother is beautiful, so I have added it to my favorites. Ever since I read GODS, GRAVES, AND SCHOLARS by C.W. Ceram, I have been interested in Egyptian archaeology. I bought that book from a book club many, many years ago, and I still have it. As for me, I am afraid that drawing it is a little out of my league, but thanks for the offer. I do not think my artistic skills are quite up to that; nor are they likely to ever reach that level. Our oldest son, while working on contract with Bombardier in Belfast, Ireland made a quick trip to Cairo. He saw the pyramids, rode a camel, toured the museum and came back with several gold leaf pictures of the Egyptian boy Pharaoh, Tutankhamun.
